Upgrade for Peacock, will I only be charged a difference?

Last night I upgraded from a free Peacock account to the account with ads for $4.99. If I decide to upgrade to the No-ads version for $9.99, will Roku only charge me the $5.00 difference or will I have to pay an additional $9.99?
