have Peacock Premium but want to upgrade to Premium Plus. I would cancel and reorder, but I don't want to lose my prepaid amount. Has anyone attempted this with a subscription that's been paid in advance?
Ten months later, I'm having the same issue. Why is there no answer for this?
When I log into my account on PeacockTV it tells me I need to manage the account on Roku. Logging into Roku only allows me to cancel my account - which I've done, but apparently can't do anything more until this subscription lapses.
When you're ready to resubscribe, my recommendation would be to do it directly with Peacock on their website. There then will be no middle man to complicate things. You'll be able to watch Peacock on all platforms that Peacock supports (web access, Android and iOS devices, and Peacock apps on smart tvs and various other streaming devices) not just on Roku.
