I am incurring a monthly 22.99 charge titled Roku for Performance Investment—- can t find any info on this either roku app or website - most frustrating- anyone?
It may or may not be fraudelent charge. You can check for any Roku billing/subscriptions under your Roku account (https://www.roku.com/ or https://my.roku.com/account).
This sounds like a similar "Roku for Perform Invest" question posted in these forums in April 2021. (https://community.roku.com/t5/Accounts-Billing-Orders/Roku-for-Perform-Invest-Suspicious-Charge-Does...).
However, another user verified that this may be a valid billing from a subscription service. (https://community.roku.com/t5/Accounts-Billing-Orders/Billed-for-quot-Roku-Perform-Invest-quot/m-p/6...)
I would suggest looking at your account and subscriptions and if do not recognize any, contesting the charges as fraudulent with your credit card or banking institution.

Hey @Igiveup We hope that the response our Community Streaming Expert: @AvsGunnar gave you a few days ago helped out your situation. Keep us posted!
This does not appear in my roku account as a subscription, so it must be fraudulent?
This reply does not help - I do not see this as one of my listed subscriptions in my roku account

Yes, it's almost certainly fraudulent. When you contact your cc provider to contest the charge, you should ask them to cancel your card and issue you a new one. It's a pain for anywhere you currently use your card, but if the dark web has your info the bogus charges are likely to continue.
I had a similar problem when I almost fell for an ad from scammers. I wanted to buy a new coat, and the seller offered to place an order through a special form where I had to enter my bank card details. As a result, it turned out that he had issued several subscriptions to me, and I urgently needed to redo the card. Be careful with your bank details. Some scammers are not limited to an inexpensive subscription but write off a large amount at once. A few months ago, I turned to a wealth management specialist, so now I try to monitor all financial flows and be more careful.
I have the same problem too. Roku for Performance Investments for the past 3 months. Very frustrating that I can't talk to anyone
Can anybody at roku address my unauthorized charges?
@Wade2, you should read all of the posts above yours. The only response you'll get here from anyone at Roku is the usual "contact billing at https://support.roku.com/contactus ".
