I’m being charged $14.99 for a subscription that says Roku media player. I logged into the account & went to subscriptions and I’m not subscribed to anything so y are you taking $14.99 out of my account

Thanks for reaching out here. I was able to check the account associated with your Community email address and didn't find any Roku-billed subscriptions. Is it possible that you have another Roku account under a different email address? Otherwise, go ahead and reach out to your financial institution.

If you have no subscriptions then it isn't Roku that's charging you. Plus, there's no such thing as a "Roku media player" subscription. Call your financial institution and dispute the charge. It's up to them to find out where it's really coming from.
