I have noticed a charge of 14.99 for a warner media that I have not purchased and it is not on my subscription list. I did not authorize the transaction!! How do I get refunded and the warner media removed?

I was charged $15.94 in April and in May for a charge I did not authorize. I would like to have it refunded to my account. How do I get a hold of someone to dispute these charges? I tried calling but I cannot get anyone on the phone.
