Unauthorized Charge

My credit card was charged for something around ESPN ($59.99) on March 9th.  Yet it doesn’t show up on my account?  How can I get in touch with someone so they can look into this?  I have not been able to find a chat or phone option for support.

also is there a way to remove my credit card from the account?

If none are shown, it's not likely Roku will help, but you can try:

You can remove your payment method at:

If you don't want to remove it you can add a PIN at so that no purchases can be made without entering a PIN.
