There is no unauthorized charge  I need to change my debit card  HOW DO I DO THAT OR GET HELP WITHOUT HAVING 46 DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE ADDED BECAUSE ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY ACCOUNT IS NOT MY FAULT  I AM STILL LOCKED OUT OF BRITBOX

My name is Rhonda Kay Hughes / Disney plus had been coming out of my account for several months now I already have this app through Hulu so I have been paying twice. Please call me [personal information removed]

 

one more question my Hulu payment comes out this Tues 5/16 I need thus moved to
Thursday 5/18 PLEASE!!

We're sorry to hear about the unrecognized charge on your account. For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: then choose 'Account, payments & subscription'. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

Additionally, you can add a Roku PIN (personal identification number) it is a four-digit code that allows you to authorize who can make purchases and add channels on your Roku streaming device. To learn more visit here: How to create, reset, find, or delete your PIN for your Roku account
