I have read multiple other posts regarding cancelling the HBO subscription via RokuPay. Problem is the email address I used for the RokuPay ISN'T RECOGNIZABLE. I cannot log in to cancel the subscription because whenever I select reset password they don't send me a password link to the associated email.
The support feature is useless since it suggests you log in to your account. There is no email address provided that you can contact. I would like to cancel this 14.99 that keeps being charged to an account I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS. This is ridiculous.
Assuming your HBO is subscribed and paid through Roku AND that your Roku is linked to that same old email address (see the address shown via Settings system about).
Highlight HBO in your Roku channel grid. Press * on your Roku remote and select "Manage subscription". Then follow the prompts to unsubscribe
