Ive updated my payment method. Ive followed everything its told me to try and still for over a month i can't watch my paramount plus. And i cant seem to find any support agent for roku to talk to.. ive had my account for many years. Back when it was cbs. Never had a problem watching it before. I want it back. But paramount says my subscription is through roku but its not listed on my roku account. Help.

Have you checked whether the email associated with your Roku device matches your Roku account? To confirm, go to Home > Settings > System > About. After you confirm, you may visit the support article on How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscriptions.

@Jammyjam Login to your Roku account on a computer. Select the Support Tab, select accounts, payments, & subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select check support options. Continue untill you can find Talk to Us to call. Must be during normal business hours however.

Please help me. for 2 months now I have not been able to watch paramount, peacock, or discovery. I have put all my info in but it still saying I have to update but I have done that!!
