Unable to cancel Shotime; subscribed in error

In error I subscribed to Shotime last night.  I thought I'd get a trial, but was charged 10.99.  How to unsubscribe?

Go to https://my.roku.com and log in. Then go to the Subscriptions page. If you have a subscription via Roku, it will show there. You should be able to cancel from there.

Then, go to the Roku Contact page and submit a billing issue.
