I WAS BILLED FOR $16.19 on February 27, April 2 and April 29. There is nothing in my history. I do not have any "Warner" on my television... So Please contact me to address this
I am requesting a refund. Thank you in advance.

Spammers can call their charges anything they want so don't assume a charge that says it's from Roku necessarily is from Roku. Dispute any false charges with your financial institution - they can trace them back to the account that actually placed them.
Hi @davidamr,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
Please be aware that all Roku billed purchases and subscriptions can only be made through Roku player.
In addition, have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?
1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
2. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
3. Click on Manage your subscriptions.
4. When the “My subscriptions” page loads, you will find all your channel subscriptions that get billed by Roku, along with the terms, status, and renewal date of each subscription. Subscriptions that were purchased directly from the service provider or otherwise purchased outside of the Roku Channel Store will not be listed here.
5. Select Unsubscribe or Renew depending on how you want to manage your subscriptions.
I would highly recommend creating a Roku PIN for your account to avoid any further unwanted purchases on your Roku account in the future. For more information about using a Roku PIN, visit our Support page here: How to create or update the PIN for your Roku account
For further assistance with account and billing-related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Mary
Would it not be better to allow those of us who do not want Roku to have our credit card information to allow us to use your device we purchased without having to give private information out to Roku. Mine had no set up instructions on how to use the Roku device without giving you our credit card information. You should make it clear on the packaging and advertising that whoever buys your devices with have to give you access to their credit card. There needs to be legislation to stop this behavior on your part.
Hello @stinkyf
We totally understand where you're coming from.
You can create a Roku account without giving out your credit card details by clicking this link: my.roku.com/signup/nocc. If that doesn't work, click the Roku logo at the upper left part of your screen when the page asks you to fill out your payment information.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you need further assistance.
All the best,
Kariza
@stinkyf, that link is for when you first set up your account which you've already done, so it won't help. Remove your payment method at https://my.roku.com/payment/account . Scroll down and choose "Remove payment method".
Thank your so much it looks like that worked. Only took 8 or 10 hours of trying.
