UFC 257 Refund

I had ordered UFC 257 & then for the entire card of fights it said I could not view in specific country. I had contacted ESPN+ about the issues that persisted & was told to contact roku because they saw the purchase was made through there app & they should issue the refund to my account because they knew they had problems on there end. I have contacted customer support through website & email and have yet to receive an answer to if my money for a PPV that I couldn't view will be refunded. Is there a contact number that could be called or what is the best way for me to resolve this issue.

Money was taken from my account I did not approve of can you cancel the account and send my money back to my account my name is Annette Leonard

64.99 was taken from my account I d oil d not approve for it to be taken please send my money back to my account

Danny R, Not to be rude but I'm starting to get the sense that you just have standard reply for everyone you interact with on here.  But if by chance you are a real person & not a bot I'd suggest you reading the persons post before commenting that, because I clearly stated that I tried all those options. Now above your comment is on from an actual Roku employee and Mary (from roku) actually did something to help the issue not just comment the same exact thing on every post.
