If you set up a PIN under your Account Dashboard, that is your 2-step authentication right there. You can set it to have to enter a PIN before purchases, or to also confirm adding/removing channels.
Any action taken within the App/Channel itself is a feature that the individual Channel Developer is responsible for programming.
