@Usmcbkg, let us know how the factory reset goes. I'm not sure what you're referring to about your password. On your Roku account? When you factory reset your Roku you should create a new Roku account and use whatever password you like. If you've attached a payment method to the current Roku account you have no control over that could be an issue, so make sure you write down the current email tied to the Roku account and let someone here know. The current email address is displayed under Settings->System->About.
