Trying to Unsubscribe from EPIX

I'm trying to unsubscribe from EPIX. I go to Manage My Subscriptions, click Cancel Subscription and answer the Reason for Cancelation when it pops up. Then nothing happens. I then click Other (as a Reason for Cancelation), type a reason, hit enter, and I'm sent immediately back to the screen showing the subscription still active. I'm doing this on a PC. Anyone have any ideas?

I would try another device or another browser or clear all cookies in your current browser.
