I am also having this issue. I imagine that every customer in Canada that is trying to get the HDMI extender is having this issue.
Please tell me you are planning to update the 'postal code' field to allow letters, and are not just emailing private messages to each customer that encounters this.
I am also having the same issue. This issue has been brought to Roku sometime ago. I do not understand why the form hasn't been fixed yet? May this be by design?
