Trying and failing to upgrade Max subscription

max.com says I have to upgrade on Roku since I subscribed on Roku. Roku does not give me the option to upgrade. So I cancelled and still the only option is to resubscribe to the same tier I already had, no way to get a higher tier with my new subscription? Is there no way to upgrade at all? Are they expecting me to create a new max account and pay for two subscriptions at the same time until my current month runs out? That seems like the only option, which I am not doing. Do either max or roku have any actual support for subscription issues?

@AnnoyedUser2, support starts at https://support.roku.com/contactus, but to be honest, do yourself a favor and cancel your subscription through Roku, wait for the subscription to expire, and subscribe directly with Max.  It's almost always better to cut out the middleman and subscribe directly with the provider.
