I ordered the Davis/Romero fight on television. Went through the prompts and after all that I received a “transaction failure”. I couldn’t watch the fight. My bank was charged and I am trying to get my money back. If I can’t get resolution, I will dispute transaction with my bank and stop payment.
That may be the best course of action.
However, it would be proper to submit a billing issue on the Contact page.
