Told to return device to warehouse. Given no address

The roku device I received was never able to power on. After weeks of trying to get in contact with support a representative told me to ship the device to the warehouse in order to have it replaced. No address was provided. My device never worked so I was unable to link to an account and return it in the matter which the return instruction article states. Roku Express (3930, 3931 series) Please help. Thanks in advance

Even that phone number is disconnected. ROKU costumer service is  FU&^ING SCAM.

No, no, no. I've contacted costumer service 6 TIMES and keep getting the same lies and looped around again. This is the WORST costumer service out there.
