Taking money off my card and I don’t have no subscription

I’m being charged for something I don’t have need a call back asap

You have posted your phone number to a public forum that everyone can see, including scammers.  If you get a call, it most likely won't be Roku.  You should edit and delete your phone number from this posting.

To reach customer service, go to the Roku customer support page, click on contact us, then accounts, payment & subs, and then check the next section and you should be able to chat/talk with Roku support.

You can also log into your Roku account and click manage subscriptions and see if you have a subscription listed that you may have accidentally subscribed.  I would also suggest setting up a pin number for preventing accidental/unauthorized purchases.
