TAKING MONEY OFF

noggin has been been taking money off our credit /debit card since  1/1/2019. i don't understand why because i discontuned those services back in 2019 because the app did not work on tablets and the channel keep freezing so we dicontinuned the services but for some reason roku kept on taking the $8.76 out every month. please lets resolve this matter at had.

Have you gone to https://my.roku.com and clicked on the Manage your subscriptions link. If the service shows as having an active subscription, you should cancel it. Removing the app doesn't cancel anything.

If it doesn't appear, something else is going on.

One other thing: your caps lock appears to be stuck on. If pressing CapsLock key on your computer doesn't resolve it, you may need to reboot.
