Have you gone to https://my.roku.com and clicked on the Manage your subscriptions link. If the service shows as having an active subscription, you should cancel it. Removing the app doesn't cancel anything.
If it doesn't appear, something else is going on.
One other thing: your caps lock appears to be stuck on. If pressing CapsLock key on your computer doesn't resolve it, you may need to reboot.
