Subscriptions payment issue

I have a subscription to AMC+. It is billed monthly to my CC. I wish to change the payment but when I log on directly to AMC+, it tells me I can do this through Roku. When I log in to Roku account, it says I have no subscriptions? I cannot find a live agent to help address this issue anywhere in Roku? Suggestions?

If you want to change your payment method and can't see your subscription on the Roku account, we recommend you reach out to our Account and Subscription team through our Roku Support website and click on the Check Support option below.

None of these options work, I wish to speak to a representative either via chat or telephone
