To be honest, I'd start with the financial institution. Report it as a fraudulent charge. Find out if the charge really came from Roku. Just because the description for the charge mentions Roku doesn't mean anything. If you want to try going through Roku, you'll have to jump through the hoops at https://support.roku.com/contactus . Be prepared to be disappointed. If no subscriptions are shown they probably won't help you.
