Subscription won't open on new Roku

Can anyone tell me how to open an active subscription to peacock on a new device ?

Are you subscribed directly with Peacock or through Roku?  If through Roku, is the new device linked to the same Roku account as the previous device?  Check the email addresses displayed under Settings->System->About on each device.

If you're subscribed directly with Peacock then you have to use the stand-alone channel/app and sign in using your Peacock credentials.
