Subscription for ESPN was charged but it asking me to put a code in to watch the channel

I thought I got a ESPN subscription but now it’s asking for a code

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for the post

Please be noted that the ESPN channel offers two different options to sign in. The first option uses your TV provider or code for standard ESPN content. The second option allows you to sign in using your ESPN/+ account or channel subscription credential. Both options are listed within the channel's settings, using the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the channel. 

In your case, we recommend checking the channel settings in the upper right-hand corner to sign in using your channel subscription.
