Subscription double charge

Jump to solution

I pay for the Disney and ESPN bundle for like $14/mo but I'm getting an additional charge for $7 for ESPN. Why am I paying twice for the same channel when I'm only supposed to being it once with the bundle package? There's a subscription for ESPN with Disney, which is the bundle package, the one I have, but I just got charged $7.48 for ESPN today only, but then I get charged for the bundle package. I need to get that additional charge refunded. How do I get that done?? TIA

Hey @mistichelli

Thanks for posting here in the Community!

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

All the best,
