I chatted with a customer service representative about channels I had cancelled, but was still charged for. That representatives only answer was to cancel the subscription again. I asked for a refund, as I had not renewed any of the subscriptions and that representative simply ended the chat. I still got no help and did not receive a email asking for my response to the issue as a follow-up, like the representative said I would. I'm very disappointed in Roku's customer service support team and really wish there were a number provided to speak to a live agent as this would not allow the to just "END CHAT."

Customer service is of no service. I started a free trial of HBO and cancelled it the next day due to boring content. I cancelled through HBO but roku charged me anyway. Instructions are terrible on this. I simply removed my payment card on file and will not purchase anything through roku again. I'll go without.
