I subscribed to disney plus on my roku device, its been charging me monthly i know the account is active it shows it under my subscriptions page and it has charged me monthly cause I can see it on my purchase history but when i try to log in it says there is no account with that email
How are you attempting to access Disney+? Via the Disney+ channel app, or via The Roku Channel?
