Still waiting for my refund

Hello Roku,

On Jan. 24, 2025 I got an email from ROKU saying my refund has been processed and please allow 7 to 14 days for refund to appear on my original payment method. Well, today is Feb. 12 so it’s been 20 days and I have not seen my refund on my credit card.

Will someone at ROKU please help me with this matter?

  1. Go to our Support website.
  2. Select "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions."
  3. Choose either "Call" or "Chat" to talk to someone.

That is normally considered business days (meaning weekends don't count) of which I count being roughly 12 days currently.

You should not publish your email in this public forum that everyone can see.   You will get an email most likely, but it will not be from Roku but from scammers pretending to be Roku.

You should edit your post and delete your email out of it.
