I just got a Roku for my work and was offered a 30 day trial to paramount plus. It never gave me an option to set up a password. I tried my Roku pin and I tried going to their direct website and couldn't find my answer. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Could you please verify if the issue you are running into is when you're accessing the content of Paramount plus standalone or through The Roku channel? Does the free trial you subscribed is through The Roku channel?
Please be noted that existing subscriptions from The Roku channel cannot be used to view premium content on a Standalone channel or directly from the publisher.
For more information about that channel's account authentication functionality, It's best to reach out directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having or any channel login inquiry. Please be noted that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication and many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

So before I setup my Roku this morning, I made an account and it offered me a trial sub. I selected paramount all is good. Once I got the Roku setup, I chose the channels I want to download and it was one of them. When I logged on to it, it said that I needed to sign in, which is fine, but I got no email from paramount saying my account was made, all I got was Roku confirming my subscription trial. I tried to go through sign up, but Roku recognized the email and says I already have an account, but I don't have and have not created a password and was never given the option to set one. Since my subscription is through Roku I figured I'd come here.
