So, this isnt my account. Someone in America has set up a Roku account with name and my email address, and has been purchasing subscriptions.
I havent been charged, it seems they at least dont have my CC details, but does anyone know how to rectify this. I dont want to just deactivate/ cancel the account in case it's a genuine mistake, but I also dont want to receive all these emails intended for someone else either. Also even though I'm not directly being charged, there is still the chance that I and someone else may have had our details stolen and being used to setup/ pay for this.

I know this is old but I just discovered someone is using my email address for their Roku account as well; I could not use my own main email address to set up my own account?!
