Is it possible to find out who has used my friends credit card to pay for a Roku subscription? Could I track down the person by an IP address? Please help! My friend is an amazing hard working single mother!!!

Sounds like they need to talk to the credit card company, dispute the charges, and get a new card with a new number. Their current card has been compromised.
