Snowbird issue: turning off service when not there

We were first time snowbirds this past winter.  While in FL, we purchased one ROKU TV, and an additional ROKU device for a second TV.  Now we are back in MN, the devices are in FL.  I can’t figure out how to turn off my ROKU service, and turn it back on in the fall.  I don’t want to be charged these next months when no one is using them.

Re: Snowbird issue: turning off service when not there

Greetings @Tots37

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting your inquiry.

Please be aware that there isn't a charge for having a Roku device as there is no service being provided. Roku devices are just a platform in which you can stream your content on. Can you provide more information about what exactly you are trying to do? Do you currently have a subscription to a channel that you no longer wish to subscribe to? Are you currently being charged from Roku? If so, what are the charges for?

With more detailed information, we will be more than happy to assist you further. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,
Danny
