Signed up for Starz for $0.99/ 2 months got charged full price?

Signed up for Starz and Epics for $.099 each for 2 months. Epics charged 0.99 like Promo said but Starz charged full price. WHY?

I signed up for the 2 months for 99c deal for discovery+, Showtime, Starz, and Epix, and was also billed full price on all of them. They used to reject you if you were not a new subscriber and didn't qualify for the promotion, now they go and sign you up at full price if you're not eligible. You have no right to rip people off like that! How are we supposed to know if we haven't signed up for a channel before? There is way too much content out there, to keep track of everything you have/haven't subscribed to. This policy must be changed!

After logging in, you will see your subscription and purchase history, which will help confirm if you are a first-time subscriber. We sign up for those also and it will not let me watch them on my other tv. I also have the up channel too. It says I have no account. But my email it the same on all tv. I should not have to pay to watch these on all my tv. So how do we get these fixed
