I purchased a Roku Premier for my mom and had it sent to her home directly in Nevada. Should have been delivered Friday February 15th but the tracking info states it has been unsuccessfully delivered in San Jose California! Address on order confirmation is correct. Not sure how it ended up in California! I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this problem. HELP!

Mine was shipped to my old address (recently moved) even though I manually entered my new one during checkout, and now it’s been delivered to my old address 60 miles away. Roku customer support has done nothing to help me, and now I might have to dispute this with my credit card company! Buyer beware.
