Scam call wanting money, possible hacking. Live agent needed asap.

Happen recently to me. I was redirected to an individual pretending to be an Amazon Prime Employee. Attempted to get 3 year prime subscription for 249.99.  Total scam. 

Do all your transactions through your Amazon account no matter how believable they are, going so far as to successfully give you prime video access.
