Can anyone tell me how to contact someone at roku. They make an offer then no way to accept it. I have 1 newer roku ultra and an older roku2 the offer was to replace the roku 2 would of been nice for the price to be able to gain access to some of the newer programing. The offer literally came up on the roku and then self generated the email. click the link no such offer is there puzzling. Any help appreciated.

They sent me an email for
free paramount+. The offer was no where to be found. I contacted roku support, after much searching, waited for online chat to start, they couldn’t help, transferred me to billing. They actually said they could not guarantee my tcl tv I purchased FIVE days ago was actually new when purchased! I was on online chat for almost 2 hours and they had the nerve to tell me that?!!!
