Roku's refusal to give you a phone number!!!!!!!!!!

Roku sent me 2 emails telling me I cancelled my subscription. I did not. I CAN'T GET ANYONE FROM ROKU TO TALK ON THE PHONE TO FIX THIS. Looks like it's getting time to DUMP roku, all they are concerned about is the incoming money flow and screw the tech support. Not everything can be fixed online !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Amazon Fire TV devices, particularly the Firestick, are popular with many who announce their departure from the Roku world. If you choose to go that route, be sure to let us know how contacting their customer service department via phone goes.

Apple TV isn't as popular as an alternative, but it is a very good device. If you go that route, and need to contact them via phone, please let us know how well that goes, including any costs involved.
