i am going threw the same **bleep** and cannot get anywhere with them i was taken for almost 400 and keep getting its not roku fault and i need to contact the app provider with has no contact info to be found

Roku claimed to co tacr the app provider for me, but app provider didn't care. Clearly families are not a priority for them.

Hello the same thing just happened to me. My grandson purchased a philo channel i immediately cancelled now I do not how to reach anyone to talk to them about this charge.
