How do I get this “Roku for Philo” thing cancelled? I keep getting charged for it

Thanks for the post.

You can cancel your subscription either on the website or directly on your TV screen. Feel free to follow the instructions below to cancel it from your TV. 

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Highlight the channel you wish to cancel using the directional pad in the center of your Roku remote.
3. Press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu.
4. Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
5. To unsubscribe, select Cancel subscription. A message will appear confirming the duration of continued access, content, and services.
6. When prompted, select Cancel subscription. Roku will display a message confirming the cancellation and your last day of access.
7. Select Done.

I have two charges on my credit statement. Roku for Philo $24.99 

Philo, Inc. $25.00. 

I tried to cancel one & now I can't access anything. Please give me back my access. I am elderly & don't know enough about this stuff.
