I ordered a Roku this morning and I never got a confirmation email, it’s not in my spam, and when I go on roku’s website and try to look up my order with the order number I got on the screen right after I ordered, it says, “We're sorry but we found 0 orders matching the above criteria. Please verify the order number, email and billing zip code and try again.”
