On my banking roku has charged me 2 x ...they were small charges..but what for ? I have no clue why I am being charged.. trying to fig this out

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

You can check your purchases at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases and your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . Some people have created multiple accounts without even realizing it, so If you have multiple Roku devices check the email addresses that show under Settings->System->About. Don't assume that just because the description from your bank contains the word "Roku" that it really came from them.
