Jump to solution

I have a charge made to my bank account that is for 13.13 Roku but I don’t have any pay history. Where is this from?

Hello @ALYSSA1998

Thanks for posting here in the Community!

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

All the best,

I assume you've checked your purchases at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases and your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .   If none are shown, there's a good chance it didn't come from Roku.  The description of a charge on a statement means very little.  Any time you have a suspicious transaction the first call you should make is to your financial institution.  They can trace it back to its origin.
