You need not jump through hoops every month to enjoy the programming that's rightfully yours. Do as I've always have done. I keep my paid subscriptions SEPARATE from any third party management, including Roku. I have now only have Paramount +, Kanopy, and Hoopla in use right now. I decided to drop Peacock. Easy peasy with no going through Roku at all. I only go through the app service's website directly and their call center if I need to.
I’ve been charged wrong fully for channel 816 and CBS interactive I have no existing channel subscriptions with Roku. I need this matter fixed immediately

You guys take forever to call back I made the complaint on 8/7 and still nothing . You claim that your team is investigating. Why is it taking so long!

Thanks for the advice. I was charged for a free trial which I canceled in ample time and now I'm wondering if I'll continually get charged. When I go to ROKU they don't show the subscription and when I go to Sundance Now, they refer me back to ROKU where I subscribed to Sundance Now. I'm would love to show up at both of their offices.

It is ridiculous and Roku support is nearly impossible to contact. This seems like class action level of charges that people are receiving. You can find these complaints all over the internet.
