My name is Tara and I'm trying to just reach out to anyone that could help me with my real quick account does anyone have to pay $150 to keep their TV on for 3 years please get back to me

Nope. Whoever you were contacting and told you that is a scammer.

You are now at the right place for help with Roku. There is no charge for guiding you in setting up or using a Roku.
