I purchased a roku tv from someone a few months ago and i just recently decided to try to watch something other than netflix and youtube. I cant download any subscription because it seems someone else already had it set up. Is there anyway i can delete the previous info and put my own since I've purchased it from them?
You need to do a factory reset, after set up your own account and then sign back into each app again. If you have access to the menu:
settings> system> advanced system settings> factory reset> follow prompts
