I bought the Jon Jones fight and was charged twice by roku on for 70 something dollars and a second time I was charged for 88 dollars they refunded me then it bounced like a hot check roku is a scam and they know it that's why you can't **bleep**ing talk to no one about it that actually works for roku **bleep** roku stealing money from hard working ppl and just don't give a **bleep** at all. "I have proof too."!

Your account billing support page never loads!!!
@Sailboardgirl I can get it to load everytime I try. Try a different browser or empty your cache.
Roku’s support page is fragile. For example, if I block javascript from the domain that they load their chat software from, then the “Let’s get in touch” page won’t load. I presume if there is any other similar situation – ie: chat domain blocked at the ISP/router, or DNS fails, Zendesk is down… that page will also never load.
They should really rewrite that page so it is only dependent on zendesk.com and zdassets.com if the user has chosen to chat. Right now a user that wants to phone or email will be blocked due to any issue with the Zendesk domains.
