After a software update to version 14.1.4, Roku Air Play functionality ceased to operate. I contacted support via their chat box and spent over one hour and a half with four or five different technicians. Despite the chat system’s apparent ability to switch to a new technician after a minute hold by the Technicians (which is a way for them to get ride of you), the system repeatedly caused me to wait for the different technicians. This resulted in a total of four repetitions of the same repeated concerns to their Techs with no fix. Finally, I stopped with the fifth technician. It is unacceptable that my valuable time was wasted due to this flawed Roku support system.
