I received an offer through Roku I would like to buy. I tried after asking a getting an email offer - rather than through TV - but after I enter all the info (which itself was difficult) and getting to the last click to order, the website takes me back to the shopping cart. Pretty frustrating after Roku is the one asking me to order.
I can't find a phone number to place my order (of course). How do I contact Roku?

Same issue here, no code or error message, it just keeps going back to the cart. Don't know if I've bought 4 or none at this point, and nothing on the customer service drop down menus offers any direction or support. Tried multiple browsers, all latest versions. One to four days for a response to earlier questions in this topic... I guess I see what people mean about support.
