Roku Premiere+ Has Decided that I am a Guest

A few days ago my Roku Premiere+ decided that it didn’t know who I was and began treating me as a “guest.” I wasn’t sure what that was but in this mode it did not seem to remember channels I added, suck as Netflix, and became less and less useful.

There were no “upset conditions” like power failures that I am aware of or problems with the autopay setup. I did leave the whole system (AV Receiver, TV, Roku box powered up all night around the time this started. I tried to reestablish myself as an existing customer using the Roku box and remote control to sign onto my Roku account. That’s was got me to be treated as a “guest” as opposed to basically doing nothing.

What happened and how do I fix it?

It's hard to say what happened.  Could your Roku be in guest mode?  Is it your email address that shows under Settings->System->About?  If you check your account at https://my.roku.com and scroll down to "Linked devices" is your device listed?
